Many people have to upskill or have to transfer existing skills to somewhere else. Some of us who have been self employed for long periods of time, may now have to face being employed by somebody else to keep a roof over our heads. We're finding ourselves in this very challenging situation of how do I go into a world of employment? Or how do I move into this new world of being an employer, when it's all very new to us?
