A leader and expert in the physical security of facilities and their critical infrastructures; the design and implementation of operational security plans for Special Events; and crisis response and consequence management. Able to see beyond the status quo to identify issues related to operations, budgeting, and training. Able to develop strong long term positive relationships with key stakeholders. Recruits strong talent and leverages relationships to create positive win-win situations whenever possible. Calm under fire and expert communicator in high-stress situations. SELECTED LEADERSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS: • Initiated improvements in operations that streamlined processes, reduced costs, and improved productivity; adopted as best practice by others in the field. • Created daily accountability and peer mentor programs to improve sales team results. • Defined long term strategy for security department, and began implementation to create a streamlined reporting process. • Implemented the rebirth of the K-9 program and additional growth to Canton Twp.
