The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly forum on Neutralizing Workplace Racism. We'll continue to improve our techniques for countering Racist attacks and accusations while solving problems without creating new problems. The chaotic and dangerous summer of 2020 continues. Last week we discussed how the Covid-19 pandemic and resulting school closures have threatened the employment of many parents. C.O.W.S. listeners wrote in to share how having offspring can make managing this health crisis all the more daunting. Co-workers simply don't seem as sympathetic to the plights of attempted black mothers or fathers. In California, black employees accused the Central Valley Meat Company of disregarding worker safety and manipulating employees to remaining on the job.
