Crackdown is on the horizon in SLC for homeowners who convert their homes into nightly rentals. The City Council is funding a software program that can sweep the internet for short-term rentals. NYC is already doing this intending to stop the illegal practice... and maybe forcing the sale of rental properties to increase home supply for buyers. 

BREAKING NEWS – Riverton Police Department confirmed: Officer-involved shooting with the suspect of an alleged vehicle burglary. The suspect is dead. Officers with Sandy, Riverton, and Herriman PD were involved.
