The City of footprint can be widely credited from the work of Michael Kelly.  He was a Senior Policy Advisor to Former Phoenix Mayor Skip Rimsza in the economic development arena and completed an Encore Fellow with Experience Matters last year as a volunteer with Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego. 

Kelly is currently the Manager for Kelly Consulting Alliance, a Phoenix based business consulting firm.  

Michael has a distinguished history of service to state residents through volunteerism, has served on numerous boards and commissions.  Kelly is the current Chair of the Ellis Center for Education Excellence - a support organization at the Arizona Community Foundation.
