This is Ugh! is an unapologetically honest, raw, irreverent look at life and love through the lens of unconventional/nontraditional women. This exploration of self, society and the soul yearns to decipher what it means to be human. 

We try to untangle, dissect and process the complex emotional webs that stem from living in the modern world and existing alone (?) in the Universe. We then help each other construct an insightful, stable foundation based on health, healing and wholeness. Well... hopefully! 

We invite our listeners to join us on this journey through life and the cosmos. After all, we're all in this together.
