Join us for the first episode in our new series on using the divine feminine energy that exists within us all to support our creative expression and openness to transformation and change. 

In this episode we introduce the series, looking at the ways in which this energy may have been silenced or devalued both within society and within ourselves as individuals.  We explore some of the reasons why our world needs us to awaken this energy in these difficult times across our planet. 

We also begin to look at the specific quality of empathy, how it can lead us to both deeper understanding and compassion as well as helping us find the courage to make a stand in the face of injustice.

This  episode also includes a series of journaling prompts to help make this content more personally relevant to you!
