Sometimes it can be easy to forget that a big corporation like NBC has people working for it that aren’t on TV. But like any job, sometimes they have those aspirations. Meet Jeff Ayers, a Twitter friend who, along side of working at NBC, also produces, directs, and acts in a lot of comedy productions on the side. Because of this, I was curious to hear from him how the ‘business’ and ‘creative’ sides of making television help inform each other.
