This week on The Creators Call podcast, Anthony Palmer and Pete Barrett call up Rosanne Cash. Rosanne won a Grammy in 1985 for "I Don't Know Why You Don't Want Me", and has received twelve other Grammy nominations. She has had 11 No. 1 country hit singles, 21 Top 40 country singles and two gold records. Her most recent album is the River and the Thread, according to the NYT it’s a kaleidoscopic examination of the American south and about Rosanne’s trip home.

This week on The Creators Call, Pete Barrett and Anthony Palmer call up Bill Squadron. Squadron is the President of Bloomberg Sports, which specializes in sports analytic tools for team executives and fantasy owners. Squadron was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Sportvision, Inc., which is famous for the Emmy-winning invention of the 1st and Ten® yellow first down line. From 1990-93, as Commissioner of the NYC Department of Telecommunications and Energy, Mr. Squadron administered New York's cable franchises, oversaw the City's communications and energy policies, and launched and managed the City's five-channel cable network. Prior to that, Mr. Squadron was a partner at the law firm of Morrison & Foerster in Washington, D.C.

This week, we mixed things up a bit. We turned to a new expression of creativity: fashion. And to do it, we turned to Fern Mallis, who is considered many to be the Godmother of fashion. In 1993, the year Pete was born, Mallis created Fashion Week in New York City, under the auspices of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), where she served as Executive Director for ten years. Mallis went on to serve as the SVP of IMG fashion and created new fashion weeks in Miami, Berlin, LA, Moscow, and Mumbai, among other cities. Currently, Mallis is the President of Fern Mallis LLC., a company formed to “advise, consult and create,” working with international and domestic fashion, lifestyle and design companies on branding, image, and creative business strategies. Joining us on the phone from her office in New York City, Fern tells us about her experiences in the industry, how social media is changing the way fans and consumers interact with major brands, and why fashion is our most basic, daily expression of creativity.

Callie Schweitzer is the Director of Digital Innovation at TIME Magazine. She was previously the Director of Marketing and Communications at Vox Media, and the Deputy Publisher of Talking Points Memo.

TIME magazine named her Twitter feed one of the world’s best in 2013, and she has amassed over 50,000 followers.

Business Insider, labeled her 28th on their list of 30 important women 30 or under in tech.

And an industry source told BI:”I don't think I'm overstating things when I say Callie will likely be running the media world by the time she is thirty (or whatever the 'media world' looks like by that point). She is literally the future of media."

This week on The Creators Call, Anthony and Pete call up Tina Cervasio.

Tina is a versatile sports journalists in the largest media market in the United States today. The New Jersey native is a two-time Emmy Award winner as part of the MSG Network New York Knicks Broadcast. She currently serves as the sideline and feature reporter for all home and road games, pre and post-game shows and additional Knicks programming

Tina joins the podcast to talk about how she brings creativity into her reporting to bring the most information in an entertaining way to the MSG audience.

This week on The Creators Call, Pete Barrett and Anthony Palmer call up Paul Wesselmann. Paul is a leadership trainer, a keynote speaker and a ripple creator.

With degrees in psychology and higher education, Paul provides dynamic skill training and inspiring leadership development at colleges, and conferences around the country.
