The Hebrew name, Shaddai, is used more to identify God in the book of Job than the rest of the Old Testament combined.  Shaddai has the meaning, "Almighty," and is therefore, and not surprisingly, associated with the Lord's power displayed in creation.

He is Risen!  The doctrine of the resurrection (Christ's and ours) is essential for salvation.  Although the doctrine of creation is not, an improper understanding of the meaning of the "creation passages" can lead to a crisis of faith and doubts about the gospel itself.
