We sometimes can find ourselves on one of two sides. On one side viewing God solely through the lens of justice, emphasizing the punishment for sin. Then on the other side, emphasizing a type of love that views everything as acceptable and without consequence. However, both views fall short of the whole truth. True justice and love is found when we direct our eyes towards the cross where there is the perfect balance between the two.
