Reverend continued on the series Sacrifice. He shared with us that the cross signifies death and anytime we see the cross it is a reminder that a Sacrifice of death was paid for us. Also, he said that the Cross is the symbol of Christianity.

Luke 9:23, Philippians 3:7-8, Galatians 2:20

The question to us all is that are we ready to pay the price of sacrifice by

1. Denying yourself - means is to die, not seeking your own interest, but seeking the will of God

2. Taking up your cross daily - not once, a month, or occasionally but daily.

Reverend emphasized on Paul's writing that the things he deemed so valuable before became worthless because of the revelation of Christ to him.

Philippians 3:7 NLT

[7] I once thought these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done.
