In Episode 7 of Season 6, Neil and Matt are joined in the studio by off-road uber-talent, Evie Richards, who not only gives all the information on her recent success at the highest level of sport, but also of plans for a return to cyclocross, and experiences at the Western and West Midlands local leagues. Evie also gives Neil some tips on how to manage his gridding at the Masters World Champs.

They are also joined by Gareth Richards, the brains behind CX HUBZ, to talk about how grass-roots CX is growing the UK, and also about experiences of being a parent of a professional young athlete.

Neil and Matt review the most recent National Trophy, and consider whether Paignton delivered a Ton of Paign on a course that gave all riders a tough day out.  They also review the stuttering return of Pidcock and the impressive return of Van der Poel, on some pretty awesome, if tricky, courses. They also reflect on how Pieterse is thriving as the conditions get more and more difficult, and the hospitality offered by locals when cross comes to town.

In the Laatste Ronde they look forward to established and new World Cup courses from Antwerp and Dublin, the home of the trolls in Boom, and of course the imminent World Masters Championships that is a focal point for many riders on the UK scene this year.

And can YOU answer the randomly fiendish quiz question of when was the last time that the elite male and female world champ both took the win at the same race?...  Support the show --
