Once upon a midnight dreary, while we pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious comic of forgotten lore—
While we nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at our chamber door.
“’Tis some visitor,” we muttered, “tapping at our chamber door—
Only this and nothing more.”
IT WAS THE CROW, BITCH!
