Cait and Stu Crowell pursued their dream of moving west in 2016 after traveling across the country from Washington DC to Denver CO. Cait is currently a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner working online with groups of women who struggle with digestive + hormonal imbalances to achieve optimal health and bring empowerment, joy and vibrancy back into their lives. She also works with intentional brands across her social media channels. Stu is a residential real estate broker with LIV Sotheby's International Realty and the co-founder of a mens non-profit group, Denver Gents.
