A Saint In The City is a book written by Scott Glabb who was a wrestling coach for Santa Ana High School. He turned dirt into diamonds and our guest Froilan Gonzalez happened to be apart of that journey. Froilan was a kid coming out the barrio with all odds stacked against him but he happened to turn his life into a champions life with wrestling being the foundation. He now has an inspiring non profit foundation called Skillful Souls where the mission is to provide high level sports and life skills to at-risk teens in Orange County, CA with quality coaches and instructors.
