Legends of half-man, half-wolf roaming the mountains and rural areas of Tennessee have been around for centuries. With recent Dogman reports and cases of unidentified animal attacks on the rise in the state, the history of these wolfman-type creatures lives on. On this episode, Jessica goes "On the Hunt" with Tennessee Bigfoot field researcher Harley Owens to discuss his personal encounters with Dogman in the deep woods of the South and they explore the facts and evidence that could lead us to uncover the truth behind the legends.

Harley Owens is an avid outdoorsman, Power Lineman, and a Bigfoot researcher from East Tennessee. From non-believer/ skeptic until his first encounter on September 23, 2020. The encounter shattered his view of the world. After this encounter stopped hunting for 3 long years until he mustered up what he thought was fear of these creatures.

On Thanksgiving Day 2023 he went out deer hunting and overcame the “fear” and decided to start looking for answers to his questions. On December 7th, 2023, he started his research. Upon that he went down the rabbit hole thinking these things were an ancient human or Gigantopithecus. He has since had 3 more Bigfoot encounters as well 2 encounters with a Dogman. A huge inspiration for his work was Scott Carpenter and he utilizes a back trail camera like Scott did and he has come to the same conclusion that Scott had that the Bigfoot and the Dogman are Nephilim type creatures that have survived into our times and Harley wants to get the awareness out there for those that don’t know the true reality of these Cryptid beings.

Harley has created a Facebook Group and YouTube Channel called Bigfoot Reports & Data for the Facebook group to be a safe haven for those that fear ridicule. The YouTube channel is for those that aren’t quite physically able to do boots on the ground or those that have a fear of the woods.

A mysterious metallic spherical UFO was reported over Columbia in March, “zigzagging” in the sky over the town of Buga, defying the movement of a conventional aircraft. The orb was recovered soon after it landed and was analyzed by scientists, discovering three layers of metallic-like material and eighteen microspheres surrounding a central nucleus, which they called a “chip.” They concluded that the sphere is artificial and that more testing will be required to establish its origin.

It was covered in ancient scripts, including runes, Ogham and Mesopotamian writing systems. They used AI to decipher the symbols, interpreted as, “The origin of birth through union and energy in the cycle of transformation, meeting point of unity, expansion, and consciousness – individual consciousness.” They say it is a message to humanity, encouraging a collective shift in consciousness to help Mother Earth.

In 1974, the Betz family was putting out a small brush fire on their property in Ft. George Island, FL, when their son stumbled across a shiny metallic sphere, about the size of a bowling ball. Thinking it was an old cannonball or war relic, he took it home. That evening, the metallic ball began vibrating, humming and moving on its own. Worried it might be alien-based or spy technology, the family reached out to the U.S. Navy, who examined the sphere, and x-rays showed there were 2 smaller spheres inside it. It weighed exactly 22 pounds. The inner spheres were denser than the outer. It emitted a weak magnetic field. It could roll and stop on its own but couldn’t explain its behavior. It was not hazardous, and it was not of military origin.

The Betz sphere became international news. Some claimed it was alien technology, others believed it was enemy spy tech, while some suggested it was an industrial ball bearing. A local artist made art from metal spheres, but he never claimed that the ball was his. And the mystery origin was never truly solved.

May 21, 2025 - Cursed: Up in Flames On this episode, Jessica explores the recent destruction surrounding the cursed Annabelle doll, a vintage Raggedy Ann doll. The infamous Annabelle doll, widely known from The Conjuring films and paranormal folklore is currently touring the United States as part of a travelling exhibition called 'Devils on the Run'. The tour, which launched in early May 2025, has already made stops in several states, and many believe her appearance has caused a path of complete destruction already, from a devastating fire and the escape of several violent inmates at a local prison.

Could Annabelle’s presence alone bring curses to the land? We explore that, as well as recent cases of lifelike statues and mannequins seemingly coming to life and moving at museums and exhibits. Many Native American tribes have told stories about the existence of a race of humans that were much taller and stronger than ordinary men. These giants are described as brave, barbaric, and feared amongst the tribes of their time. In New York City, there is a strange and terrifying creature that is often seen after heavy flooding and hurricanes, when the underground sewers are flooded. It resembles a human, but with reptile-like characteristics, such as sharp teeth, scaly skin and glowing eyes. Reports of the New York Lizardman began circulating around the mid 1900’s.

One of the most notable encounters include a group of maintenance workers who saw a “humanoid creature with reptilian features while inspecting a section of the sewer system near the East River” which was “about five feet tall, with scales and a long, whip-like tail.” They claimed the lizardman “made no aggressive movements before darting into a dark tunnel.” 

Could this creature be a human-animal hybrid experiment, a subterranean ancient alien, or a monstrous mutant from the result of the toxic waste in the city sewers? Or could it be a product of overactive imagination? The Phoenix Lights were a series of unidentified flying objects observed in the skies over the southwestern U.S. states of Arizona and Nevada on March 13, 1997. Thousands of witnesses reported seeing a series of mysterious lights forming a distinct V-shaped pattern in the night sky. The official explanation provided by the U.S. Air Force later was that the lights were flares dropped by A-10 Warthog aircraft during an exercise at a military training range in southwestern Arizona. This was met with skepticism as many witnesses claimed the lights they saw did not resemble flares.

To this date, the Phoenix Lights are still a mystery. Were they a product of misidentification and coincidence, or could hey have been something otherworldly? Barry Littleton tasked Jessica with The Phoenix Lights as a coordinate remote viewing (CRV) target and they discuss the data here.
