[DESCRIPTION]
Bitcoin (BTC) fell into a sharp decline in 24 hours, pulling the prices down to the long-term floor at $6,000. The RSI (Relative Strength Index) of the coin shows that sellers are starting to slow down since the coin is oversold - and buyers may well start to return. The sharp declines in the week came by after fake news circulated about Goldman Sachs dropping the idea of a Bitcoin sales desk. Another news item which caused the price to drop was that Kraken would be laying off employees, while Shapeshift looks to add more registration requirements for users of the exchange. Bitcoin has stabilized, with the price slipping by 0.84 percent in 24 hours, to trade at $6,485 as at 11:50 PM EST. (KE)
