Dr. Lisa is a Cultural Strategist with over 25 years of experience that includes the Human Resources divisions of Fortune 100 companies. She is currently a faculty member, teaching multicultural studies and cultural diversity for the City University of New York, the largest urban university system in the United States. Her passion spans the arenas of corporate America, academia, faith-based settings and contexts of civic engagement. Lisa’s passion is to increase productivity and mitigate risk by strengthening individuals utilizing The C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Connection to realize cultural competency. Lisa is known for her engaging and transparent style of communication.
Dr. Lisa holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from Pace University, a Master’s degree from New York Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary. She has also studied Organizational Leadership at Boston University.
She is the author of “40 Days of Biblical & Cultural Insight into the Black Panther Movie."
