In 1977, escrow agent Charles Morgan went missing for several days only to return home unable to speak, missing a shoe, and with plastic handcuffs on his wrists and ankles. After being taken, he was determined it wouldn't happen again. Not only did it happen again, but Charles Morgan never returned home. While his death was ruled by police as a suicide, the details surrounding the case add up to something much more sinister.
