The Curious Mind

There is a logic to self-development and the success in therapy, and in this episode I reflect on three preconditions I'd like to highlight: 1. Truthfulness towards myself, 2. Wishing myself well, and 3. Taking responsibility for my journey.

In this episode I discuss a very common issue: overthinking. There is no simple button to switch the thoughts off, no technique and no trick. Instead, we have to be courageous in listening to the voices in our mind and take responsibility for solving the issues actively.
