The crew decides to explore the anomaly in the southeastern corner of the swamp through the use of a cofferdam. New hypotheses emerge as the Lot 15 structure is uncovered. Jack Begley and Gary Drayton find 18th Century ox shoes and a mysterious finial on Lot 15 hinting at a lost pathway and major industrial or military activity.
