On episode No. 2 of the Cafe Binge Podcast, I'm talking about one of my least favorite words. In fact, it's a word I've deemed a "curse word," and one I am actively trying to remove from my vocabulary. The word, to me, is one of the more toxic and shamed-based words be use in our everyday vernacular. It's probably not what you're thinking... because it's not a common 4-letter curse word. I think that eliminating it will lead to less judgment and more self love and expression.
