THE CURSED SLEEPER BUS - Thriller Stories by PK

Amit and Arohee, a newly married couple from Noida, begin their honeymoon journey on a luxurious AC sleeper bus travelling through a lonely mountain highway at night.

Exhausted from the trip, both fall asleep peacefully. But suddenly, Arohee wakes up in terror after realizing Amit is missing from his berth. As she searches inside the dimly lit bus, her heart freezes — Amit’s body is hanging from the roof of the bus.

Panicking, she runs to the conductor for help. But when the conductor points toward another berth, Arohee is horrified to see Amit’s dead body lying there again. One by one, the passengers surrounding her begin staring at her with twisted smiles. Their bodies slowly squeeze toward her from every side as if trapping her alive.

Just when the nightmare reaches its peak, Arohee suddenly wakes up. It was only a dream.

Relieved but shaken, she goes back to sleep.

Hours later, Amit suddenly wakes after hearing someone whispering into his ears. An unseen force drags him down from the berth onto the bus floor. Terrified, he looks upward and sees severed heads hanging from the roof of the moving bus.

The bus corridor stretches endlessly as headless passengers begin walking toward him. Frozen in fear and unable to scream, Amit stumbles outside the bus and falls unconscious on the highway.

Moments later, Arohee wakes again and discovers Amit missing for real. She rushes outside and finds him lying unconscious on the road. She pours water on him and both run back toward the bus.

But what they witness next destroys all hope.

The driver’s body is gone.

Only two severed hands remain on the steering wheel, still driving the speeding bus through the mountains.

The exit door locks itself.

The seats begin violently shuffling on their own, smashing Amit and Arohee against the walls. The lights flicker before exploding one after another directly in front of their faces.

Bleeding and wounded, they desperately try to escape.

Suddenly iron rods burst from the sides of the bus and strike them repeatedly. Ghostly hands fly through the air and grab both of them tightly.

A horrifying spirit sits on Arohee’s chest and brutally tears her head apart as blood rains throughout the bus.

Amit screams helplessly as dozens of ghosts surround him — the souls of passengers who had died in a terrible accident on the same highway days earlier.

The bus was cursed.

Every new passenger who booked the night sleeper bus was destined to die.

And now Amit and Arohee have become its next victims.
