Welcome to the latest episode of #TheWash, in this episode we are concluding our customer relationship series. 

We introduce this episode with some interesting news stories and reminisce about humorous past events. 

Unfortunately, Tori was gone again (slacker), so Jen stepped up to lead the discussion. However, she started glitching halfway through and couldn’t speak. Jen wanted to test Justin and Eddie's knowledge of some elementary school questions. Then, Jen posed some Q&A that again left Justin and Eddie wondering when Tori was coming back.

After that, in our #Downstream segment, Justin and Eddie finish up the topic of customer relationships, talking about how important Google reviews are and why taking your time with each client is just as valuable as any other step of the process.
