Time for the D & Davis Show, your source for sports, jokes, culture and a dab or two of politics! NFL preseason is on the way so it is time for the guys to jump into their football bunker and talk Bears, NFC North and all things NFL. Later on in the show, D & Davis crew will discuss the recent police shooting of Paul O’Neal. They’ll also discuss the Marquette Park remembrance of Martin Luther King. Last but not least, if you enjoy an active lifestyle and want to find likeminded participants stay tuned as D & Davis preview the Bvddy app.
Leading off the show Redeye Chicago’s Bear contributor Joseph Tanksley joins the show to discuss what he took in from Bears training camp in Bourbonnais Il. Joe will preview the Bears strengths and weakness, being a former defensive back he’ll let the guys know if the defensive backfield will make a drastic improvement this season.
Then Evan F. Moore of DNAinfo Chicago joins D & Davis Show to discuss the tragic killing of Paul O’Neal while unarmed by a Chicago policeman. CPD released officer body and dash cam videos of the event leading up to and after O’Neal’s murder. Evan will also detail the Martin Luther King remembrance that took place in Marquette Park.
