Draft Town Chicago is back and you need an extra helping of the D & Davis crew to go along with your draft entrée. The guys are going to talk NFL draft and what the Chicago Bears have planned for the 11th pick. We’ll take a trip to Philly to find out what may take place with the 2nd pick in this year’s draft. The Ladies need to be heard so we invite a protester in off the street. Finally we’ll do cross talk with fellow Chicagoland Sports Radio show On The Mic.
The Regal Five leads off as Sean Terry and Joseph Tankleys join us in studio to review drafts moves locally here in Chicago and on the National side also. Joe details his recent article about the Bears for the Redeye Chicago.
Our next guest Ron Glover II editor of The Starting Five joins D & Davis from the city of Brotherly Love (Philadelphia) to break down what the Eagles have planned for the 2nd pick. We all know it is a quarterback but find out who and why. Ron lets the guys know the temperature in Philly as far as the local feeling on the blockbuster trade, Sam Bradford’s demands and will former coach Chip Kelly succeed out in the Bay (San Francisco)
Then things get real, as a young lady named Mica who was participating in a protest against sexual assault and the NFL negligence comes in studio to educate the gang on some of the issues women have to face and how the NFL isn’t helping as far as player punishment.
Last but not least Steve Suff of On The Mic sits in and reads from his crystal balls as he nails pick after pick. Steve had his ESP on deck! Make sure you check out On The Mic every Thursday at 6 pm on Chicagolandsportsradio.com
