When we try we succeed...win or lose. Whether we give our all and win and gain the satisfaction of a job well done or we lose and gain knowledge about ourselves and where we need to improve for next time-- either way we WIN. Kids often don't have to mindset that they can get better from a loss. Ed Mylett calls it "blissful dissatisfaction"... I call it the relentless pursuit of perfection... I may have inadvertently stole that somewhere along the way but the fact still remains that in order to achieve in life we have to continue to pursue excellence in sports and in life.
