For 10 Years, Adam served in the U.S. Army and finished his career as a Black Hawk Pilot and Company Commander. Now, he has combined his professional experience as a Project Manager, Army Pilot, and Consultant for Fortune 500 companies to empower business leaders with communication frameworks so they can finally access their leadership potential.

In February 2020, he founded Mountain Movers Consulting to help ex-uniformed men and women adjust to civilian life. Adjusting to civilian life and gaining motivation to win again and rise up to become a leader.

On today’s episode, I interviewed Chris Prefontaine. Chris has been in real estate for 25+ years. Experience during that time includes the construction of over 100+ single family homes (1990’s), owner/broker of a Realty Executives Franchise (Massachusetts 1994-2000) which eventually sold to Coldwell Banker in 2000. The 2000’s included coaching people throughout US and Canada and doing condo conversions (multi family homes to condos) and “raise the roof” projects (converting single family ranches to colonials in growth neighborhoods).

Dive deeper into your playbook. Create a depth into your system that makes your business flow smoothly and simplified. Understanding the core of your business is vital to your business’ success because working only on the surface level will not give you the best or massive results and diving deep into your business will make your foundation stronger and you will have a bigger platform to build.

Assess yourself and your playbook, is there depth in your system? Dive deep into your playbook, plan, purpose and position. Create a simple one page document that will lay out what you need to dive deeper.

Failing is not entirely a bad thing. It needs to happen (sometimes) so we can see the areas we need to improve.Turn your failure into a motivation to level up and improve yourself.

Failure can lead to another failure if you don’t improve yourself. There’s a beauty in retraction of failure because it leads to a motivation to improve yourself. Take it as a challenge to improve yourself, your skills and your system.

Determine the areas in your business that have shortcomings, your planning, your marketing. Take these failures and take it as a challenge to improve yourself.

Are you a leader or a follower? Is it okay to copy others? Learn more about the battle of submission. It is important to stand on yourself and follow your higher self and your Creator.

Blindly following others or the norms of the society will disconnect you to your higher self, to who you truly are. Unwilling to submit to the norms and holding to your identity will erase the fear of being led.

Stand on what you truly believe, trust your higher self and the Creator. Resist the flow and go to the path of what you truly believe. Lead instead of following. Trust your higher self and the Creator.

Who the fuck are you? This question is important but the answer is more important. Who are you? What are your fundamentals? What is your core? The answer is in you.

If you don’t grasp your true self, your true values and beliefs, you will be lost. You need to have your foundation that you need to stand. If you have your core, your values, your true self, this will help you pave your own path. Your ideas will come into reality.

Answer the question, what do you truly believe? Dug deep inside you and use your beliefs to achieve your goals. Believe in yourself. Do not doubt yourself.
