Yaughdeady okay so what do we have here? Now we start off by making this fence, drawing this door. You know the shapes are coming out from the sides and the very jagged pointy aggressive fence. I do end up toning down some this aggression, with the colors, i love how this came out. I don't think i would change anything about it. Theirs definitely something special in having something completely ordinary be the complete focus of a piece. Anything from a door, a box, anything. You can just make it the center and have everything come out of it. You can make something so normal into something so fantastical. This door is super basic, its just a shape. Something so ordinary is the focal point of this, you can create something super ordinary, into something super fantastical. It's like a door to your imagination, its a door to outside the regular atmosphere that you usually exist in.
