Neurodivergent energy doesn't follow the rules the outside world expects. I got through a big, creative launch without collapsing, and then a 10-minute dentist appointment wiped me out more than all of it.

If you're neurodivergent or energy sensitive, you'll know this one. The things that look huge on paper (live sessions and webinars) can feel fine, while the everyday adulting stuff like a dentist trip or a vet appointment for your dog quietly costs you far more than you ever planned for.

In this episode I share what happened this week, why the uncertainty and fear behind those appointments took so much out of me, and how I'm accounting for it with more time and downtime, which is feminine productivity in practice. It's what owning your neurodivergent energy actually looks like, instead of judging yourself for not handling what you "should."

It also came up on a one-to-one call: the guilt and shame of not being able to handle the things we think we should. As your energy grows you take on more, and there's usually a point of resistance. That resistance doesn't mean you've failed, right?

How to Make Sales Between Launches: Saturn vs Mars Energy

If you're wondering how to make sales between launches, this one's for you. There is often money already sitting inside your business, and you can get to it faster than your funnel says you can.

Julie Chandler uses astrology for business in a way that has nothing to do with your chart placements. Saturn and Mars are archetypes everyone carries. Saturn is the structure, the funnel and the launch process. Mars is the drive to do something today, and that doing can be light and easy.

How to Price Your Coaching: The Feminine Productivity Gap

If you're working out how to price your coaching by counting calls and session length, you're leaving out the work that takes the most energy. This episode is about the hours you spend thinking about your clients and holding space for them, which never make it onto the invoice.

Business usually only values the masculine side of productivity: the task you can tick off, the goal you can hit. The feminine side looks like being in your head for a bit, journaling, writing, planning a launch or an email, tapping into your intuition and your vision for what's possible. People overlook it because it doesn't look like it moves the needle. It does.

I talk about energetic exchange, and why your one-to-one coaching can be double the price of someone else's for a reason. It's never just the call or the reply to a message. You're thinking about your clients all the time, and even if you don't have an email list or a social following yet, you're holding energy for the people who are coming.

So when you sit down to decide how to price your coaching, "price for the transformation" only gets you part of the way. What about all the space in between? If the money that lands in your account after taxes, fees and affiliate rates doesn't match the energy you're putting in, there's an imbalance. And it's usually not as simple as just raising your rates.

Feminine Rage, Money and Why Healing Isn't One and Done

Feminine rage is everywhere right now, and it gets portrayed as out of control or scary when it's just one of those emotions. Julie Chandler pulls a card called the Great Severing and asks why the old anger still rises in women who have already done the healing.

Fresh from a rage-writing exercise inside her SHINE programme, Julie talks about the collective voice women are using right now, from the Me Too movement to the UK conversation after Sarah Everard, and why it is never really about one case. It's the energy women have to operate in, and one rule for us and one rule for them.

She shares the Great Severance, her name for the years of shifting the narrative around what women are capable of and allowed to have, and the Roots of Resistance it left behind: historical, ancestral and societal. Seeing those roots shows you how much of it was never your fault, and why healing that's sold as one and done keeps coming undone.

Then she lands on women and money. Power was taken from women because of the power women actually hold, and money is interwoven into power. Launch Burnout and Why I Went Big on a $397 Offer

Launch burnout made me scale right down after January 2025, so why am I now running a launch for a $397 offer as if it were a $10K one? Someone told me I was doing way too much for a low-ticket offer. I know. This is why.

This is a behind-the-scenes look at the SHINE launch while it's still live. For the last couple of years I pulled back from full launches because they drained me, and I know so many spiritual business owners, peers and clients alike, who carry the same launch trauma from an industry that tells you to do all of the things.

I talk about why I think most launch burnout comes down to a misalignment of energetic exchange, and the question worth asking yourself: if your last launch had made a million dollars, would you feel as drained? I also share what this launch has thrown at me, from Instagram jail to tech glitches, and why holding your energy through the mishaps matters more than the plan.

The real reason for going this big is capacity. If you can't hold a launch of this scale at a low ticket price, how will you hold it at a high ticket price? I'm banking the proof now, so that when I move into a higher-ticket offer the money is the only stretch. How to Trust Yourself in Business Without Clarity

This is how to trust yourself in business when you can't see the next step, and why chasing clarity keeps you stuck. Knowing isn't certainty in direction, it's certainty in self, and that changes every decision you make.

I recently had two years of my readings and coaching sessions analysed for recurring themes, and the question that kept coming up was some version of "do I go this way or do I go that way?" People want clarity. But clarity expects a level of certainty that fits a controlled frequency, and real life doesn't work like that, right?

I share the story of being completely sure my purpose was animals. Animal healing, animal communication, the qualifications, the dog care work. Then in 2019 spirit told me I'd be working with people, six months before the world shut down. Following that without a map is what intuition and decision making looks like in practice, and it's a big part of how to trust yourself in business.

I also talk about self-sourcery, my word for shaping and moving energy so that to the outside world it just looks like confidence and magnetism, and why the people who seem to just know usually don't.

The hero's journey vs heroine's journey is the difference between why business strategy keeps burning you out and what actually works for you. Almost every strategy you've been sold was built for the hero, and fighting dragons for the heroine is exhausting.

Libra Season Energy for Business Owners: Equinox Reading

How to Stop Second-Guessing Yourself in Business

If you want to stop second-guessing yourself but keep waiting for proof before you move, this one's for you. One oracle card, pulled twice in one morning, and what it says about seeing potential without seeing every step.

The card is the Seas of Mintaka from Rebecca Campbell: seeing potential, bringing the unconscious to light. It's water energy, feminine energy, and it's one of the cards that told me it was time to bring SHINE back.

I talk about what being safe in the feminine actually means (not girly, not floaty, but safe to allow and surrender), and the two ways hustle culture burnout still shows up. Some women swung so far from hustle that they're scared to come back into doing and wonder why there's no growth. Others are fully aware and still don't trust themselves to hold masculine and feminine energy in business at the same time.

Autumn Equinox Energy When Your Business Is in Go Mode

The autumn equinox energy says release, but what if you're mid-launch and your body is asking you to hold more? A scrambled diary, a no-show breathwork session and a very wet walk home changed how I'm reading this season.

On Wednesday 23 September the equinox arrives in the Northern Hemisphere and Libra season begins. Most spiritual business owners will feel the pull to wind down and let go as the nights draw in. I'm in the middle of a launch, holding a live container, and challenging my old habit of going silent the moment the doors close.
