Christians are to be generous in giving to gospel ministry, not because it is commanded or obligated, but because of gratitude towards God. Everything we have comes from Him, and His generosity towards us allows us to be generous in return. So we give faithfully, willingly, thoughtfully and prayerfully, knowing that all things come from God and He always provides.
