Tuesday was GOOD FOODS day.  We started the program with Tristan Enemark, the owner of Bless this Burger food truck, and Mindi Sales.  We talked about the business of food trucks.

Hour two was filled with food history and the lake.  Mike Atwell and Michael Jones talked about the ever changing restaurant business.
