The Father says today there is a difference between pity and compassion. I have called you to walk in My compassion, even toward those who despise and mock who I am within you. I have called you to have compassion toward those who demand and require things from you without offering anything in return. I have called you to have compassion on those who are obstinate and obnoxious, whose very goal is to spoil your day and deflate your dreams. Let your love be without conditions today. Make a decision that you are going to love even those who are not pleasant. Love with no attachments. Lavish your love upon those who do not love you back. Love them on My terms and not theirs. They do not have the right to dictate the terms of unconditional love because they do not understand what love is. Love is who I am, says the Father, and who I will cause you to be as you submit to My influence in your life, and see the enemy fade away as favor and blessing comes when you reflect who I am to all that you meet this day.

Love those who oppose you. Love those who oppose themselves. When they speak evil of you, simply respond, "I am going to love you, and there is nothing you can do about it." This is a definitive statement of My purpose for you. Do not allow the actions or attitudes of others to change your divine mandate. Your purpose is not contingent on their response. My love for them, expressed through you, is a testimony to My nature. This is not about your feelings or their merits; it is about My character being revealed. You are a vessel of My love, and that purpose is greater than any rejection or insult you may face. Your steadfastness in this will be a testament to My faithfulness and your dedication to My will. I am with you as you do this. Your obedience in this matter will bring a harvest of peace into your own life, regardless of the storms around you. It is a work I am doing in you and through you.
