The Father says I am not a God who is far off. You are not estranged from Me. You are My first and My last thought. The sense of distance you feel is the enemy's attempt to distract you. He wants to draw your attention away from My actual proximity to you in the midst of your struggle. I am near to you, says the Father, closer than hands or feet. I am in your breath and the very beating of your heart.

Expect it and be thankful for it, knowing it is your privilege because you are My very child and My reason for being the I AM who I actually AM.
