Episode 31 of The Dalorrian Show. Xbox is in full crisis mode — new CEO Asha Sharma just sent a memo saying the business "cannot continue," layoffs are coming after June 30, and this is the 4th straight year of cuts despite spending billions. Nintendo officially announced an Ocarina of Time remake for Switch 2 and I have thoughts. Epic dropped the Unreal Engine 6 roadmap and it's packed with AI tools — and the "don't worry, jobs are safe" closer at the end of the blog post isn't convincing me. Plus: World Cup energy, moving chaos, and I've been getting wrecked in Mount & Blade II Bannerlord and loving every second of it.

Sold the motorcycle, low vitamin D, running on fumes — but the show goes on. Crimson Desert is finally done, WoW Classic Plus is looking real, Asha Sharma killed Xbox Copilot, GTA 6 is probably $80 according to Bank of America, and the Steam Machine is showing up in shipping containers. Also my wife is living her best life in Tomodachi Life and I have no notes.

My daughter is praying for Harry Potter, WoW dropped you in the Dragon Isles instead of Stormwind and somehow made things worse, Crimson Desert is in its slow middle chapter, PlayStation DRM was a panic over nothing, and GTA 6 marketing is coming — probably at the NBA Finals.

Crimson Desert refuses to end and honestly I respect it. Game Pass got cheaper but lost Call of Duty day one — I'm calling it a rebrand not a deal. Halo Infinite and Battlefield 6 prove that launching strong means nothing if you don't go the distance. AC Black Flag leaked before its own reveal and looks stunning. Windrose is secretly a chill game. And I did some car stuff for my niece's sweet sixteen.
