I wanted to do a story about Longlegs the Heron but I think I have read all I have available. So I turned to fellow Michigander Clara Dillingham Pierson and she didn't have any heron stories, only crane stories. So today, we read the story "The Dance of the Sand-Hill Cranes" from her book titled "Among the Pond People."
