Hi! I’m UnkuJack and I’m, well ... I’m anything you need me to be. I am a Certified Life Coach, Strategic Business Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, but none of those things are as important as the fact that I'm just like you! 
I believe people are amazing. 
I'm not about the motivational mumbo jumbo. My goal is to share practical, real and sustainable life tips to help you (and I) be better, through my stories and musings.
