While on a long run one winter's morning, Gary Ryan took some action

based on a false conclusion. Discovering his mistake inspired gary to

use his experience to explain a very useful tool, the Ladder of

Inference. This tool helps us to slow down from jumping to conclusions

that can cause us to take incorrect actions.
