Ian Carleton is on a one-man mission to introduce a sustainable dining and hospitality experience to everyone he comes across. After 11 years in the restaurant business, he has opened up Saint Fox Cider with a business partner. He also holds another distinction: he has been a part of Hurts Donut since Day 1 and is the lead baker, trainer and an integral part of a local company that started five years ago with one tiny shop and now includes 19 locations and over 600+ employees.
