This is a saying that reflects a view people hold when comparing their life and circumstance to others. Sometimes as people are dealing with challenges they begin to compare their life circumstances with differing, and often better circumstances than their own. There are many dangers of comparison within relationships. Often comparison leads to a discontentment within one’s own situation, and a false perception of other situations.
In this podcast we look at different circumstances of relationship comparison, and point out its dangers. It’s easy to compare and look at other people’s reality assuming their situation is better. Yet, a person doesn’t fully see what challenges they may face or the effort given to the image they admire. It’s been said, “that the grass is greener on the other side, because that’s where all the crap is.
Don’t make the mistake of comparing your life with others. Let this podcast remind you whether single, dating, or married you are more than a conquer in Christ. Choose to be proactive verses reactive. Your power of influence is not on the outside, but rather on the inside.
