No movement means no progress. This can be true in any setting; especially in exercise. If you don't move you will always be complacent in your current status. In terms of fitness and exercise, you cannot be in shape if you are constantly out of shape. The movement you need is the movement you require. Be active in whatever you choose to physically do. But if you are inactive, what you see, feel, and complain about within your body is multiplied with no end in sight. Although being inactive can seem fine in the short term, its negative effects are lifelong if not dealt with accordingly.
