In this Episode I have the distinct pleasure of sitting down with my good friend Jacob Panton. Jacob is a Danish veteran and was wounded in combat. We discuss the Warrior Week in Denmark that I attended and which was his idea. He also shares his emotional story of being wounded in Afghanistan.

Timeline/Topics:

00:00 Jacob intro and Denmark Warrior Week

6:30 Denmark's Reaction to 911/September 11, 2001

8:30 Shedding blood in the same mud/ Helmand, Afghanistan

9:00 Jacob's story of being wounded the first time in Afghanistan

15:00 Escaping from the hospital

17:00 Getting wounded again in Afghanistan

44:00 Waking up back in Denmark

46:00 New mission in life with Danish Wounded Warriors

50:00 Family members of wounded warriors

I believe it is our duty to come along side and help those who have helped us. The Danish answered the call immediately after September 11th and I consider it a privilege to have fought along side them in the Helmand Province.
