Every Christmas break for the past several years, my husband I take the time to sit down and plan out our big family trips for the next year. Even though we had to cancel the majority of our trips in 2020, my Inner Compass told me it was still important to plan trips for 2021. In this episode, I share with you why we planned trips we will likely end up cancelling and the one thing that you need to get you through the rough times in life.

Do you ever hold yourself back from doing something you want to do because of fear? I know I have. In fact, in today’s episode I’m going to talk about an experience I had recently where I had a conversation with my fear. While most of what it had to say didn’t surprise me, there were a few things that did. What ended up surprising me the most, though, was learning that fear is not all bad and sometimes our fears will give us the exact answers we’ve been looking for.
