In this episode of the Dark Corner, Brandi and Dave report from Salt Lake City FanX 2023. Brandi meets Star Trek author, Dayton Ward, as well as Gates McFadden, Denise Crosby, and Michael Dorn. Dave talks Skinny Puppy and improve with voice of Korea, Janet Varney. Also, Brandi pays Shameik Moore a compliment.

It's February again, which means The Dark Corner presents yet another EBM Day playlist. In this mix, DJ Evil Dave presents 26 bands in alphabetical order.  Before that, Dave talks about a new podcast, Of Mice and Men and Monsters, an actual play D&D podcast based on classic literature. In this episode of The Dark Corner, Dave and Brandi celebrate the Year of the Rabbit. That is, they talk about the lunar new year falling on January 22, 2023. Dave recounts the story of how the rabbit placed fourth among the twelve celestial animals. Moreover, he lists the traits of those born in the year of the rabbit. Additionally, he points to how the element of water affects qualities of a rabbit year person. Finally, Brandi and he talk about rabbits in pop culture.
