Sometimes the thing you're creating doesn't have language yet.

And that's a problem when the world keeps asking you to explain it.

This episode starts with creative chaos: the kind that happens when you're building something that doesn't already exist. Not disorganization for the sake of disorganization. The chaos that comes before the new form.

From there, we get into positioning, marketing, frequency, Uranus in Gemini, unsolicited advice, why conventional language can fail when you're doing unconventional work—and the difference between making something understandable and changing it until it resembles something people already recognize.

Because those are not the same thing.

What happens when you're bringing in something new, but the people around you are still using the language and frameworks of what already exists?

    Maybe you need better messaging.

Maybe you need to package it.

But maybe you also need to trust that what makes you difficult to categorize is part of the value.

We get into all of it: frequency as communication, resonance, originality, pioneers, Kuiper Belt objects, crystals giving business advice, D.U.M.B.O, AI, Human Design, astrology, and why curiosity, awe and wonder might be more useful for navigating what's next than pretending we already know what the new world is going to look like.

    Welcome to the birthing process.

Eric Lewis Conversation (E.C Conversations on YT)

I would keep your existing title, Let the Sunshine In. The double meaning is actually structural: literal sunlight, the Full Moon/max light, and the larger theme of what has been hidden becoming visible. You explicitly set that up at the beginning. [E10]Let the Sunshine In

What happens in the dark comes into the light.

And honey, there's a lot coming into the light.

We're heading deep into Scorpio territory. Venus is stopping in Scorpio. Mars is coming. Pluto is moving. Uranus in Gemini has changed the speed at which information travels—and some people and institutions still haven't figured out that you can't get away with shit the way you used to.

So yes, we're going into the dark.

But we're also letting the sunshine in.

This episode moves through parasocial relationships, power, institutions, the pseudo-spiritual business complex, paid speakers, influencer culture, women's bodies, money, astrology, Human Design, originality, creativity, and what happens when systems built on status and silence collide with a world where information moves faster than ever.

I also get into the other side of this moment: knowing when something has run its course.

After four and a half years and hundreds of episodes, I'm stepping back from the tying my insights to the timing of cosmic and news energies. This platform did something. It birthed something. It trained something in me.

And now I want to know what remains when I strip away the need to report on every transit in real time.

    Because sometimes less is more.

Sometimes you need the back-of-the-envelope map.

Sometimes you need to stop the train.

And sometimes you need to go outside and let the f*cking sunshine in.

Some people find this show and think, “Oh my God, this is gold.”

Other people think, “What the fuck is this?”

    Fair.

Because this episode is a pretty good demonstration of exactly what this platform is: a treasure chest of seemingly unrelated things that somehow connect.

We start with gold—the most reliable conductor of signal—and somehow end up at Sigma Nurses, Chiron in Taurus, women's labor, cancel culture, mob culture, Uranus in Gemini, Pluto in Aquarius, AI, Google, AEO, Linktree, sorceresses, spirituality, trees, crystals, the future of content and why we're apparently smoking Quaoar now.

But underneath the chaos is a through line.

We're living in a world where information travels differently. Things that once stayed hidden don't necessarily stay hidden. Technology can expose us, distort us, flatten us and reduce multifaceted humans into something a machine can categorize.

At the same time, we're drowning in manufactured content engineered for reach, algorithms and optics.

So what happens to something that isn't manufactured?

What happens to the weird shit that's actually alive?

Maybe you don't need everyone to understand it.

Maybe the right people open the treasure chest and recognize the gold.

What if the thing everyone says isn't possible is only impossible according to what we know right now?

    Enter Quaoar.

Scientists didn't think an object like Quaoar could maintain a ring where its ring exists.

Quaoar apparently didn't get the memo.

    And maybe that's the point.

This episode is about what happens when we stop treating existing definitions as the boundaries of reality. What counts as a podcast? What counts as spirituality? What counts as expertise? What counts as enough? What does the future have to look like?

We're in a period of massive change, and change isn't automatically good or bad. It's change. But it does require us to reconsider the assumptions, systems and definitions we've been using to orient ourselves.

So we get into Uranus, Quaoar, Saturn, Neptune, Aquarius, Aries, AI, creativity, collective consciousness, the future of work, the future of this show—and why the universe might know a little more about what's possible than we do.

    This isn't affirmational spirituality.

It's not about telling yourself a prettier story.

It's about being willing to look beyond the existing box while still making something real.

Because maybe the question isn't whether something is possible.

Maybe it's what becomes possible when you stop assuming you already know the answer.

    250 episodes.

    So yes, we're celebrating.

We're also coming out of a long Pisces chapter, moving toward something new, and—after a lot of winding down, shedding and holding back—finally stepping into the light.

This one is a Dark Matter Show smorgasbord: Jupiter in Leo, reinvention, visibility, X Marks the Spot, money and flow, crazy lace agate, Lady Gaga, Billy Ocean, New York, coconut coffee, AI, tech dystopia and why sometimes the most important thing you can do is stop making everyone else the main character of your story.

Because there's a difference between needing external validation and simply being thrilled to be who you are.

There's also a difference between throwing every log on the fire at once and building something sustainable enough to keep burning.

We're entering a different chapter. Not everything about change will be good. Not everything will be bad. But you don't have to keep being the person you've been.

    You can rewrite the story.

    You can reinvent yourself.

And maybe you're on the edge of glory too.

We want the birth. We don't want the death.

We want the light. We don't want the dark.

And that's part of the problem.

As The Dark Matter Show approaches the end of this chapter, I found myself thinking about what this thing actually became—and why the dark was always necessary.

Western spirituality has a love-and-light problem.

When spirituality becomes relentlessly affirmational, darkness becomes something to transcend, bypass or pretend isn't there. But alchemy has a blackening. Nature has death and rebirth. The moon disappears before the light returns.

And some things need to be looked at in the dark.

This episode gets into spiritual bypassing, racial bypassing, the cultural symbolism we've attached to darkness, why standards and discernment aren't the same thing as gatekeeping—and why real craft requires being willing to see what other people would rather avoid.

It's also a reflection on this strange body of work I've created: hundreds of episodes, singing, astrology, crystals, synchronicity, cultural conversations, things people don't want to talk about and an increasingly obvious realization that this was never really a conventional podcast.

    It was a birth vehicle.

And maybe its job in this form is almost complete.

Because there is a time for light.

And there is a time for dark.
