“Well, John was married to Aja of Darent. No, sorry it was not marriage like you imagine. John was given to her he was attributed from Farah to the house of Darent. She wanted a connection. Well, I am not sure if she or Tassmina wanted, but for John that didn’t make a difference. By the way, Tassmina is Aja’s mother, the Arbitress of Darent and a real cruel and extremely powerful woman. 

John was a present and had a duty to fulfill but he didn’t. Again, it did not matter if it was his fault or Aja’s. The partnership was not working. Aja was not satisfied. John was judged.
