Mark Twain at a famous quote that every man is a moon and has a dark side that he never shows to anyone else. the Bible would certainly agree with this assessment of mankind. the word of God makes it clear that we are all sinners guilty before God in need of the grace of God. because of the Cross of Christ we have the ability to repent of our sin and turn from our sin.

We need to redeem the time as the passage in Ephesians 5 states BECAUSE the days are evil. It is vital as believers that we learn to discern. We need to acquire wisdom so we can walk in truth. Wisdom is word based and God given. We learn it from the word of God and ultimately from the God who gave us the Word.
