With an opening story of how I almost ended up with a colostomy, I laugh and talk about a scary hospitalization from 11 years ago. It always hinges on the day before...it was what I ate the Day Before that made me deathly sick. It was a great lesson that I’ve applied over and over in creating good tomorrows.
