The Days After: Navigating the Quiet After Holiday Grief

Listen Later

The days after the holidays can be the heaviest.

In this tender episode, I Share the truth about navigating Thanksgiving without a loved one —

whether it’s the first year, fourth year, or the twentieth.

This is a soft place to land when the grief hits, a reminder that you’re not alone, and a gentle call to honor the ache and your strength.
